Fauzia Rasouli comes from a business family and began working with her father in the Czech Republic at a young age. She is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in the automotive business, financial management, consulting, construction, and client relationship management. She has worked with high-profile firms in Germany and the United Arab Emirates on a regular and commission basis, assisting them in expanding their company throughout the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Her management, sales, and marketing experience and knowledge provided her with high-level analytical and problem-solving talents employing creative techniques. 

She is highly recognized for building and sustaining strong client connections, managerial success, and good communication abilities, particularly the capacity to condense and clarify complex topics for internal and external stakeholders in fast-paced contexts. 

Throughout time, Ms. Fauzia has created a solid client base in the automobile business for the Middle East, African, and European markets. Her ambition is to become a pioneer in the automobile industry, collaborating with all of the region’s leading enterprises. After getting complete experience in the automobile industry along with a strong relationship with top companies in China and Europe, Ms. Fauzia started her own business in 2020 in UAE in the name of M/s B & M FZE. The company is mainly dealing with automobile spare parts for heavy vehicles.
