Our Products
Engine Assembly
The engine is the heart of any vehicle, and without it, there will be no movement. It consists of different components like cylinder head, block, pistons, valve train, camshaft, oil pump, etc. These are assembled to form the engine.
Right Trunk Door Assembly
The right trunk door opens towards the left side of the vehicle. It is usually made out of steel and aluminum alloy. It is designed to open automatically when the ignition key is turned on.
Secondary Catalytic Converter Assembly
The secondary catalytic converter converts harmful gases into harmless ones. It is located just behind the main catalytic converter and acts as a filter. The central catalytic converter removes pollutants from the exhaust stream by converting toxic gases into less harmful compounds.
UREA Injector
Urea is a chemical compound used to reduce Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) emission levels in automobile exhausts. It is a non-poisonous substance that is safe to use. It reacts with the NOx in the exhaust to create ammonia, which then reacts with oxygen in the atmosphere to form water vapor.
Bridge Body Welding Assembly
The bridge body is the part of the vehicle that connects the front and rear sections of the chassis. It provides structural support to the vehicle and helps absorb shocks. It is usually made up of sheet metal.
The Transmission comes with a Retarder Assembly
The retarder assembly is responsible for slowing down the vehicle when it reaches top speed. It is attached to the transmission shaft and slows down the rotation of the wheels. It is a mechanical device that the driver controls.
Rear Axle Assembly
The rear axle assembly, includes all the components required to transfer the driving force from the transmission to the driven wheel. The rear end of the axle consists of differential gears, axles, bearings, brakes, shock absorbers, springs, and steering knuckles.
Front Axle Assembly
The front axle assembly transfers the torque from the transmission to the front wheels. It consists of the following components: differential gears, axles, and suspension systems.
Compressor Assembly
The compressor assembly is responsible for compressing the refrigerant gas. It is mounted inside the engine compartment. It is connected to the condenser via hoses.
Instrument Panel Assembly
The instrument panel assembly, contains the dashboard and gauges. It is usually made of plastic. It houses all the instruments and switches needed to control the vehicle’s functions.
